About Us

Welcome to Guy's Karate School (GKS), founded in 2012 by Shihan Lindsay Guy, a 6th Dan Shotokan Karate and 2nd Dan Taekwondo master. Shihan Lindsay has a wealth of experience, having competed in state, national, and international events in various countries.

As a member of GKS, you can be assured that your training will meet the highest standards in Shotokan karate. Furthermore, your belt rank will be recognized by the World Martial Arts Alliance, which is a testament to the quality of our instruction.

GKS is a well-rounded martial art that incorporates various disciplines such as kicking, punching, blocking, throwing, and grappling. It is an excellent activity for the whole family as it not only improves physical fitness, strength, flexibility, and coordination but also enhances one's concentration, self-discipline, confidence, and strength of character.

We are also committed to promoting martial arts as a sport and regularly participate in International Sports Karate Association tournaments. Our students are encouraged to take part in these events to test their skills and gain valuable experience.
