GKS In House Tournament 2025
Events are
- Sword Combat (Fun activity with foam swords
- Sumo (fun activity based on Japanese Sumo)
- Kata as per classes ie: Star Kata etc
- All point sparring events will be no contact events.
All events will be well controlled to avoid any injuries, training during the week in class prior to the event and any sparring gear required that you do not have can be supplied by GKS
Ages 5 yrs and over can enter
Entry fee for 1st competitor is $25 per which allows them to compete in all events (Discount for 2 or more)
CLOSE OFF FOR ENTRIES WILL BE Saturday 2nd November 2025 at 9.00PM
All competitors in sparring, sumo, sword etc will be required to bring your own Mouth guard and Gloves – Head protection can be provided by GKS on the day if you do not own your own.Disclaimer
Please be aware that every effort will be made to ensure the safety of all competitors and to minimise the risk of injury during this event. However, participants and spectators should understand that Karate is a contact sport and, despite the precautions taken, injuries may occasionally occur.
