At Guy’s Karate, our Tournament Sport Karate classes are designed for students who want to take their skills to the next level and compete in local, state, and national tournaments. Whether you're new to competition or an experienced competitor, our structured training programs will help you develop the speed, precision, and strategy needed for success.

Our expert instructors focus on refining techniques, improving reaction time, and teaching advanced tactics for both kata (forms) and kumite (sparring). We emphasize discipline, sportsmanship, and mental toughness—essential qualities for any athlete looking to excel in a competitive environment.

In our classes, students will learn:

Kata Performance – Master advanced forms with precision, power, and fluidity, enhancing both technical skill and presentation.
Kumite Training – Develop effective offensive and defensive strategies, speed, and control for competitive sparring.
Tournament Preparation – Gain insights into competition rules, scoring systems, and strategies for excelling under pressure.
Strength & Conditioning – Improve agility, endurance, and flexibility to enhance overall performance.
