At Guy’s Karate in Rutherford, we offer traditional Shotokan Karate classes designed for students aged 13 and over. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience, our classes help improve fitness, focus, and confidence—all in a supportive, welcoming environment.

Class Details
Our teen and adult classes are held three times a week:
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday
All levels are welcome—from absolute beginners to advanced black belts. Each session is led by experienced instructors who are committed to helping you succeed.
